I interviewed and reviewed a rare bottle of Goose Island’s Gillian in launch of the product being sold for a limited release at the LCBO. I also got to participate in a tasting at top restaurant, Piano Piano to promote their dinner with Goose Island’s Beer Education expert. This was a fun project and an incredible tasting!
